Returns & Exchanges

At Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, we hope you love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. Please ensure products are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all signature tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Loverboy packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup as instructed in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team has inspected and approved the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
